The largest city of the state of Ohio, which was named after the famous explorer, the city of Columbus also serves as the state capital. The growth of the city was hastened by the presence and development of transportation facilities like the National Road, railroads and the completion of the Ohio Canal. Columbus is the crossroads of Ohio where many enter before moving on to another place in the state of Ohio. Many distributors have a route that goes through Columbus, which is located at the heart of Ohio, and from there distribution is made much easier.

The city even has a replica of Christopher Columbus's ship to add as a tourist attraction. Though Columbus city does not focus on a specific industry, some are more renowned than the other like its education, insurance, health care, retail and technology.
